        absolutely love this car!

by Barb on Tuesday, November 07, 2017

I fell in love when I first saw this car. Traded in a 2005 Jeep Liberty with only 68000 miles on it. The quiet and feel while driving is amazing! Am getting 25/32 MPG obviously better than the Jeep. Would have liked an auto trunk lid, hard to maneuver with pkgs in your arms but plenty of room for groceries etc. I am not tech savvy so I am still learning all the things available on this car. Was leary at first about 4cl turbo but it has plenty of pep on straight away as well as mountain roads. Am a senior citizen and getting in and out is a breeze. Price and value I feel is very good

        Disappointed

by Violet on Thursday, July 01, 2021

I bought it two years ago with 20,000 mile on it. The blower vent wiring had to be replaced (under 50,000 miles) covered under warranty. Then, out of pocket had to have the A/C looked at just a little over 50,000 miles. Paid out of pocket. Now at 57,000 miles, the turbo boost assist, needs to be replaced. Luckily under power train warranty. ($600 for the part, not including labor) However, the dealership said it needs a battery and a starter replaced. My out of pocket! $700/800 dollars. Really Buick, Really! This was my first Buick and it will be my last. I should be reimbursed, I maintain my vehicles regularly. Very disappointed!
